О НАС
TRANSCASPIAN CARGO
TCC is the first strategic supply chain management center in Central Asia.

We specialize in the design and transformation of supply chain systems in the context of geo-economic changes, sanctions restrictions and the growing transit role of Central Asia. Our work goes beyond operational logistics and focuses on strategic solutions that shape the long-term sustainability of businesses and regions.

Through the TCC Hub, we combine expertise, data, educational programs and professional dialogues, creating a platform for decision-making, competence development and the formation of a new culture of supply chain management in Central Asia.
OUR VALUES
KNWOLEDGE
We work with knowledge as a management tool. TCC's research, analytics, and practical experience are transformed into competencies, solutions, and management models that deliver measurable results for businesses and the region.
RESPONSIBILITY
We take responsibility for every decision and every project. TCC acts consistently and openly, maintaining a balance between meaning, result and long-term effect for business, government and society.
CONSISTENCY
We focus on long-term solutions. Our work is based on data, digitalization, ESG approaches and systems thinking, which ensure development without loss of efficiency and trust in the future.
MUTUAL BENEFIT
We build partnerships, not one-time interactions. By connecting East and West, business and science, ideas and people, TCC transforms cooperation into sustainable results and international value.

The result for the client

MARKET CHALLENGES
CUSTOMS: BARRIER OR GROWTH POINT?
For countries without direct access to the sea, each border is a strategic factor. Delays of 3-5 days lead to losses of time, capital, and trust in supply chains, reducing the competitiveness of businesses and routes.
INFRASTRUCTURE IS AT ITS LIMIT
Central Asia is moving from the status of landlocked to land-linked. However, the growth of transit and trade flows is outpacing the modernization of transport corridors, creating bottlenecks and systemic risks.
LACK OF COMPETENCIES
By 2030, the industry will need tens of thousands of new-level specialists. At the same time, the market is faced with a gap between formal education and the real requirements for supply chain management.
THE COMPANY INVESTS IN SOLUTIONS
We do not invest in abstract initiatives, but in systemic solutions to industry challenges. We view every logistics challenge as a growth point for businesses, institutions, and the region.
Investing in thinking, people, and solutions is the foundation of sustainable supply chains.
